  • To notify the customer if appointments or completion promises cannot be kept.

These guys are reliable, friendly, trustworthy, and do extremely good engine work. I have exclusively used them for 16 years. Most recently, my Toyota Avalon overheated in Sanford a week before I had to drive to Columbus Ohio for a wedding. They were able to work us into the shop rotation and replaced the cooling system and performed a tuneup. On our drive to Ohio and then back to North Carolina the Avalon logged 300,000 miles.
