These guys are reliable, friendly, trustworthy, and do extremely good engine work. I have exclusively used them for 16 years. Most recently, my Toyota Avalon overheated in Sanford a week before I had to drive to Columbus Ohio for a wedding. They were able to work us into the shop rotation and replaced the cooling system and performed a tuneup. On our drive to Ohio and then back to North Carolina the Avalon logged 300,000 miles. So helpful!!!! I had an alignment done at another location, that I was told was too complicated for their team and I needed to go to the dealer. NO dealers! Soooo Zwiebel's Auto Repair was recommenced to me as an alignment specialist as well as a complete auto shop. I called, they made me an appointment, I dropped it off, they called back- ALL FIXED!! For their usual alignment fee. Nothing complicated, no overcharges, no extra parts... etc. AND they are pleasant to work with. I will use their business again - For Sure!!
